Order Processing Time

Frames without print – dispatched within 24 business hours from the moment payment is received.

Frames with print – processing takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the quantity and level of customization.

Custom sizes / special orders – processing may take up to 45 business days, with a minimum order of 100 units. The exact delivery time is agreed upon individually.

Delivery & Couriers

All shipments are handled by trusted courier services: InPost, DPD, GLS, or FedEx, depending on the parcel size and delivery location.

Shipments are insured and securely packaged to prevent damage.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on:

the number of items,
the destination country,
selected additional options (e.g. stands, power supplies, extensions, etc.).

For larger orders, free shipping may apply – details will be visible in the shopping cart.

International Shipping

We ship our products to most EU countries and selected non-EU countries.
