Refund policy

Returns – Standard Frames (Without Print)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, without providing any reason.
This applies only to frames purchased without personalization (no prints or custom modifications).

Return Conditions:

The product must show no signs of use,
It must be returned in its original packaging (or appropriately secured),
Proof of purchase must be included (e.g. invoice, email confirmation).

Returns – Frames with Print

Frames with personalized prints cannot be returned, as they are custom-made products created upon individual request.
An exception applies in the case of technical defects (see section below).

Complaints & Damaged Products

If the frame is damaged during transport or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Include photos of the damage and your order number.
We will review your claim and offer repair, replacement, or a refund.
